What we do
Wills
Your will is the document that speaks for you when you no longer can. We draft wills that are clear, legally valid, and tailored to your specific circumstances, including the appointment of guardians for minor children where needed. A will prepared without proper legal guidance can be contested, misinterpreted, or fail to account for your actual assets and relationships. We make sure yours holds up.
Powers of Attorney
A power of attorney authorizes someone you trust to act on your behalf if you become unable to do so. Ontario recognizes two types, one for financial decisions, one for personal care and health. Without these documents in place, a family member must apply to court to be appointed your substitute decision-maker. That process is slow, expensive, and avoidable. We make sure you have the right people in place before you need them.

We assist executors at every stage, from locating and valuing assets, applying for probate, paying debts and taxes, and distributing the estate to beneficiaries. You do not have to navigate this alone.
