About

Yombo Grossman Law

Counsel with conviction. Preparation with precision. Results that speak for themselves.

OUR FIRM

A firm built differently.

We built this firm on one belief: clients deserve a lawyer who is genuinely invested in what happens next, not just one who shows up.

We practice across workplace injury, employment law, business counsel, and wills and estates. The area changes. The approach doesn’t. We pursue the outcome tirelessly. Every file, every client, every time.

Your file doesn’t sit in a queue here. Your matter moves. Your calls are returned. Your lawyer knows your case. It is not a promise. It is the only way we practice law.

OUR APPROACH

Clear thinking. Sharp advice. No noise.

Good legal advice should do one thing: help you make the right decision with confidence. We cut through complexity, speak plainly, and focus on what actually moves your matter forward, not what runs the clock.

Clarity

Your legal position, explained in plain language. No jargon, no ambiguity, just a clear picture of where you stand and what your options are.

Responsiveness

We pick up. We call back. You will never wonder where your matter stands.

Advocacy

We are not a firm that settles for less than you deserve. When the fight is necessary, we bring everything we have.

Efficiency

We respect your time and your resources. Every step we take has a purpose, and that purpose is your outcome.

OUR TEAM

Experienced. Approachable. Committed.

Kundera Provost-Yombo

Employment Law | Workplace Injury | Business Counsel EN/FR

The practice of law has always been about people.

Behind every workplace dispute is a career. Behind every business decision is years of hard work. Behind every legal issue is someone looking for clarity during an important moment in their life. Kundera believes the best legal advice begins by understanding what matters most to each client and providing practical, strategic guidance that helps them move forward with confidence.

Kundera’s practice focuses on employment law, workplace injury matters, civil litigation, and business counsel. He advises employers, employees, entrepreneurs, and business owners with a thoughtful, tailored approach, recognizing that every client, and every matter, is different.

He began his career at one of Ottawa’s leading employment law firms, where he represented employers and employees in all aspects of the workplace relationship, from wrongful dismissal, to employment agreements, to workplace investigations, passing by human rights matters, workplace injury claims, and employment litigation.

Kundera later joined a respected business law firm, where he continued his practice in employment law, workplace injury matters, and civil litigation while working closely with businesses and entrepreneurs. In addition to advising clients on workplace and litigation matters, he assisted with commercial transactions, giving him valuable insight into the legal and commercial realities that shape business decisions.

That experience continues to influence his practice today. Whether advising an employer, representing an employee, or working alongside a business owner, Kundera believes legal advice should be practical, commercially informed, and focused on achieving meaningful results without unnecessary complexity or expense.

Kundera has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, administrative tribunals, labour boards, and workplace adjudicators across Ontario. Alongside his practice, he taught Labour Law at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where he enjoys being engaged with the continuing development of workplace law.

Clients know Kundera as a thoughtful advisor, a fierce advocate, and someone who is genuinely invested in helping people navigate difficult decisions with confidence and clarity.

Outside the office, Kundera enjoys travelling throughout Europe and Asia, distance running, cycling, and exploring new cultures. He believes that the strongest client relationships are built on trust, authenticity, and taking the time to truly understand the people behind every legal matter.
